Girl's Softball Layout (link)                  Project

         Yearbook/ Sophomore Year. Mr. Hinkle. Individual compiling of facts and pictures: conducting interviews, creating a story and article, and taking action pictures.

Fluorine Element Poster (link)         Project

         Chemistry I/ Sophomore Year.  Mrs. Fresquez.  Team assignment to put together a poster: each member had a seperate assignment to gather information or put together the poster of a certain element (Fluorine).

Culturally Empowered Community Member

Community Service (link)                      Project

         Community Required Hours/ Sophomore Year.  Individual responsibility of contributing to the community: assisting the ASB with sales of products and cleaning up at football games.

         Spanish 3-4/ Sophomore Year.  Mr. Vega.  Individual test taking: students reviewed the chapter and took the test which assessed if we learned anything from the chapter.

         Chemistry II/ Sophomore Year.  Mrs. Fresquez.  Partner effort to complete lab: each person had to complete their share of work to conduct the lab and receive results.

The Rise of Totalitarian States (link)        Project

         AP European History/ Sophomore Year.  Mr. Boone.  Group project which constructed a helpful way to teach a certain chapter to the class: each member had their own responsibility to gather up information and construct a "one-pager."

         Algebra II/ Sophomore Year.  Mr. Mac.  Individuals in class took a test: students reviewed the chapter and took the test which assessed if we learned anything from the chapter.

Junior Varsity Award (link)                    Certificate

         Tennis/ Sophomore Year.  Coach Ramos.  Atheletes commited themselves to practicing and playing matches: individual palyers practiced two hours each weekday and excelled as they prepared themselves for a real tennis match.
